Survived day 1 of Px2 5 males 3 females started the journey and we spent the morning discovering what PX2, what clients learning styles were and creating a mood board

Note to self. Unit 1 completed and concepts of the unit were discussed. F Card went down really well and we discussed efficacy, conditioning and The Most Favorite one today SCOTOMA.

The Laptop ceased on me mid way through the session so struggled to the end
