The nut is cracked Unit 4 done and dusted

Hi all

A third of the way through and making progress. I feel today we have together turned a wee corner in the programme. The cognitive dissonance has been put to one side. Decisions have been made by each member of the group and we move forward together.

We make progress slowly but surely and from the young peoples responses to date the messages are getting through.

p.s. it has been exhausting this week and note to self prepare to bat many balls back initially to encourage people to come on side
