What an amazing day

Hi all

We spent today in the company of Jill, Fiona Douglas and Mary from The Food Standards Agency in Aberdeen. They spoke to the group about Food, Diet, Health issues and provided a demo of some foods which could be prepared easily

Fab day feel absolutely stuffed and amazing food prepared by Douglas.
